What time do I need to get my order in for same-day shipment?

If you need same-day shipping, your order must be placed by 12 pm EST. Expedited shipping will have a $100 upcharge. We will try our best to ship as promised and provide you the tracking# by the next day. The expedited fee will be charged only if it ships as promised.

How long will it take my order to ship to after processing?

In-stock items usually ship between 24 and 72 hours after order placement. Custom orders lead time will be confirmed by our Order processing team depending upon the type of product bought

What constitutes free shipping?

Free shipping is based on at least $2,500 worth of mix and match items or 1 full pallet of 1 SKU shipped within the continental US. For partial plts freight will be additional.

What are typical lead times for custom or out-of-stock products?

Typical lead times for custom or out-of-stock items are 3 to 4 weeks.

How do I track my order?

Once an order is invoiced, tracking information is then available at the following places – Online if you have an online account, on your invoice sent to you or you can call us with your PO# or email customerservice@wraptite.com and we can provide the tracking details.

What are your Freight costs?

If you have questions about freight or need a quote please have the address to where your packages will be shipped and the product or item number when you call, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping cost.
