How do I find prices?

You can email the orders to your inside reps. But we prefer you send all orders to email@example.com or fax it to us @ 440-349-5432
What is your minimum order?
There are no minimum orders required. Orders <$100 has $5 upcharge. $4 upcharge/roll on machine length for a broken pallet. $25 upcharge per roll on wide web stretch film >=40'
What time do I need to get my order in for same day shipment?
If you need same day shipping, your order must be placed by 12 pm EST. Expedited shipping will have a $100 upcharge. We will try our best to ship as promised and provide you the tracking# by the next day. Expedited fee will be charged only if it ships as promised.
How do I get set up to order online?
You need to be a Distributor to get online access. Once your account is setup with Wrap-Tite a customer code is assigned to you. You can register online using the customer code or contact your sales representative to be set up for online ordering. If you have difficulties registering pls email firstname.lastname@example.org for any additional help.
Do you have deviated pricing depending on volume?
Depending on factors such as quantity and shipping location deviation is possible, contact your sales representative for inquiries.
Can I get a price sheet?
Yes you can! Just login to your wraptite account and request permission to access a price sheet under the "My Account" page.
What are typical lead times for custom or out of stock products?
Typical lead times for custom or out of stock items are 3 to 4 weeks.
Can I request samples? Do you charge?
Sample requests are welcome, we just require UPS or FedEx account to use for shipping.

Once an order is invoiced, tracking information is then available at the following places – Online if you have an online account, on your invoice sent to you or you can call us with your PO# or email email@example.com and we can provide the tracking details.
