This job involves providing maintenance and installation of all in-house machinery, equipment, buildings and fixtures and related items.
• Machine Installation & Start-up: Work with inside staff and outside companies to successfully install various equipment acquired by the company.
• Machine maintenance: Administer as well as perform preventive maintenance on all the machines and plant equipment and systems.
• Must be able to operate the machines to diagnose and repair the machines.
• Work in a safe manner using LOTO as well as all other processes and procedures.
• Maintain all product quality and safety standards consistent with statutory regulations.
• Assist Production manager in troubleshooting and repairing equipment- as well as coordinating such activities with outside vendors.
• Work with outside vendors to trouble shoot any equipment related issues and provide all the support that is needed.
• Perform other duties as and when needed by management.
• Will ensure all production employees follow all safety rules and procedures and work in a safe manner.
Responsible for maintenance spare parts management.
• Associate degree or equivalent education/training.
• Prefer 3-5 years maintenance/ manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge/experience in electric, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatics is a plus.
• Prefer proficiency in reading, schematics, drawings and blueprint.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Welding, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, PLC knowledge is a plus.
• Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

• Ability to work standard hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST), with flexibility for evenings/weekends or overtime when required.
