Primary Responsibilities:- Industry-Specific Market Research & Analysis: Identify potential clients across packaging manufacturing, distribution businesses, medical insurance, and other relevant industries. Analyse their business challenges and determine how our BPO services can add value.
- Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Proactively seek out new leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital platforms, focusing on our target industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific operational needs and addressing concerns effectively.
- Proposal Development: Create customized proposals that clearly define BPO services, pricing structures, and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment with industry-specific requirements.
- Sales Presentations & Consultative Selling: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our expertise in BPO solutions tailored for packaging, distribution, and medical insurance industries.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
- Account & Service Management: Oversee existing client relationships to ensure service excellence, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Market Positioning & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and refine BPO offerings to align with market demands and evolving business needs.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, delivery, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project transitions and execution, aligning services with client expectations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field; an MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
- Business Development Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within BPO, packaging manufacturing, distribution, or medical insurance industries.
- Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to present BPO solutions effectively, handle objections, and close deals.
- Industry Expertise: Understanding of BPO operations and specific knowledge of packaging manufacturing, distribution businesses, and medical insurance processes.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to establish trust and long-term partnerships with clients through clear and persuasive communication.
- Market Analysis & Research Skills: Expertise in identifying potential clients and understanding industry-specific challenges.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to deliver engaging and impactful sales presentations, tailored to industry-specific pain points and opportunities.
